"Yesterday at 8.00pm I messaged Dean at Firwood Plumbing and Heating about my elderly mums house. She is a vulnerable adult and main carer for my handicapped brother. She had no heating in her radiators and a blocked sink . Dean agreed to come out first thing Saturday morning at 9.00am and attended and sorted both issues within the hour. It was so easy to deal with Dean and I am extremely grateful for attending so quickly it has restored my faith in good trades and would definitely recommend. He removed our old boiler and fitted our new one, he also went above and beyond as the filter didn't quite fit, he did some joinery and cut our kitchen cupboard to accommodate it.
